Chocolate has been running through David's veins from an early stage. At ten he took a job in his family's candy factory in Tacoma, Washington. By 24 he was running the kitchen.

David and his wife Lulu created their own recipes, drawing upon David's knowledge as a third-generation chocolatier. Their confections blended cherished European formulas with the best of current trends. With a degree in design and a minor in joie de vivre, Lulu brought a distinctly modern vision to David's masterly creations.

Today Lulu Marcoux offers a small but splendid collection of chocolates that achieve a standard of taste rarely achieved in today's outsourced and mass-produced world.
